Went in at about 10:45am with a group of 7 people and stood at the ordering area in front of 2 people making a bunch of... sandwiches. We were the only ones in there so it must have been an online or catering order. We stood there for a few minutesand the 2 employees didn't even look up to say hello. I finally asked if they were going to acknowledge that we were standingthere and if one of them was going to take our order and the gal said that they were busy making a big online order and thatthey were in the middle of it. Snotty. Not, hello. Not, I apologize. Not, please give us a couple minutes. Just that theywere busy and we'd have to wait. You could tell that they just would have rather been left alone. So we left. On the way outthe door, the gal said that she apologized for the wait. She knew she was wrong, so she felt she should say something. Thanks?We went across the parking lot to DQ. Me and my girlfriend went and got lunch around 1:45 on march 19th, the staff was very rude, the lady who took our order was very... disrespectful and unprofessional. We observed her wiping sweat off of her head, then wiping it on her pants then proceeding totouch food without washing her hands. She also was not speaking in a manner where she could be heard or understood. Then thelady on the register was very short with us when we clearly asked for meal plans. The guy who made my sandwich was nice, but heburned the sandwich. Normally we have good experiences at this goodcents, but today was horrible when It came to customerservice. Read more
I tried this place last night the one on South 16th and Old Cheney area. I used delivery and everything was perfect the sandwich... was very large I had the Italian with provolone cheese the sandwich was done very nicely it was the 16 in. It was cut into fourpieces it had a lot of meat and vegetables on it just as I had ordered as you can see in the picture it was a great deal and for$11.99 of course that does not include tax and tip great deal I would highly recommend this place. I placed our order with a very friendly and helpful person. Our sandwiches arrived before stated time, but they were a Huge... disappointment. Compared to Jimmy John's, they were mediocre at best. These sandwiches couldn't have been 8 inches, too small. Sorry Goodcents, won't be ordering from you again. Read more
