It has been a long time since I visited, but the food and the service remain the same as we'd come to expect. "We need to... remember this place" as part of our weekly rotation said my wife after we had eaten. You know the drill. Meat in one bowl,veggies in another. Plenty of sauce in both and don't forget the oil. It helps with the cooking process, gets the food done justright and helps keep the griddle clean and in shape. Same great service. Same great flavors. Same full tummy. My only complaint,maybe update the decor a bit. You know, paint colors, art, lighting. Just a thought. Read more
The server (sorry didn't catch her name) was very attentive and helpful. My husband had ordered some soup not knowing there... were mushrooms in it. When she later asked if something was wrong with it because he hadn't eaten it, I explained that he isallergic. It was totally our error, but she immediately apologized and let us know that they have certain protocols to helppeople with allergies. My husband has been going to HuHot for years and never knew. We greatly appreciate her help. My daughterloves HuHot and says it's her "go to" place. Read more
Wait staff is great. Would rather drive to south side for food, last time the grill was so hot that the veggies were raw and the... meat was burnt. This last visit the grill was too low, the sauce just made a low boil to make the veggies and noodles turn tomush. Also they do a poor job of keeping stuff stocked. South location is a much better option. Read more
Make a note "It's a BUFFET!!! NO DOGGIE BAGS!!" It's best to get smaller portions and go up many times. The wait staff are... phenomenal and we had great service!! Read more
So disappointing this used to be my favorite place. One cook would burned multiple meals not just ours. Chicken was cooked til... blqck all sticking together and noodles were cooked so much they were hard. I even used 10 ladles of sauce. Horrible experiencedidn't even eat a full plate total was over $45 for two gross meals. Don't waste your time or money coming here. Panda expresswould be a better option then this joke. Read more
Very timely delivery and still hot. Good selection of ingredients too. I got the Chinese noodles, pork, chicken and beef. Also... tomatoes and potatoes with sweet and sour sauce with garlic oil. Read more
I like HuHot because I can build a low carb, or no carb meal with meat and veggies. My wife and kids love this place, the kids... think it's cool to watch their food being cooked. Good job HuHot, we'll definitely be back soon... Read more
It was 9pm on a Saturday, my friends and I had just had a rather terrible day and had a long drive ahead of us, but on a whim we... decided to visit this HuHot to fuel up before the trip. Despite coming in an hour before close, we were greeted by friendlystaff that cracked jokes and entertained casual conversation with us. It was the nicest, most comfortable environment we hadbeen in all day. Yes, the food was great, as it always is at HuHot. But I just really wanted to talk about how the friendlinessof the staff turned our night around. Would go back if I'm ever in the area again. Read more
