I had a online order that didn?t seem to go through, when I called to see if it was done, they didn?t see it on there end that I... had ordered at all. The lady on the phone was rushing to get me off of the phone, wasn?t too professional, made it sound like itwas my fault or that I was making the order up to get free food. So I went in and re-ordered my food, luckily staff memberPhil, helped me, he was professional, courteous and helpful. I heard the lady I was on the phone with still talk about how shewants proof that I paid for the meal. But Phil helped me and got everything! Thank you Phil! Got my hubby food cause he getshangry. Loved the food and experience. Make sure you sit in the full service side if you're going to odrder anything or you need to walk... up to bar to place your order. Beer specials were on point. Read more
Used to love coming here. The service was great and the food selection was awesome. Not anymore...they have changed the dining... area to self-service, but didn't give us our cups, so we sat here waiting for someone to bring us a drink, nobody even walkedby. So I went to bar to see about getting our drinks and was made to feel like I was an inconvenience. Another couple was inthe same situation, no glasses, no service. So they got her attention and she very rudely told them that it was self-service andtold them where they could serve themselves. A third couple walked in and they (finally) met them in the doorway to explainwhere they could find drinks, etc. Oh and save your time...just get something from one of the stations...we ordered burgers andfries...took FOREVER! STAY AWAY! They got rid of the full-service concept and went to a self-service style. They still have a small bar, but the rest... of the place is a glorified cafeteria. Also no more sunday brunch/buffet if that was your thing. Read more
Great breakfast and the Bar happy Hour is 1/2 price draft and appetizers. Haven't had a bad meal or beer here (like there is a... thing as a bad beer) highly recommend going shopping with the spouse and as she/he shops grab a drink.
