The store is clean, the staff are nice to a degree and they're mostly helpful. The aisles online is absolute trash. They can... never seem to find the order that is required for pickup, half the time they'll say it's canceled but it won't be it'll still bein the process of shopping. As a dasher we get paid a set fee to pick up a completed order from the store and take it to thecustomer. We do not get paid to wait around, the store has at least... At least a 15 minute to 30 minute wait each time to getan order because they most of the time have to find it inside the store or try and find the shopper that's supposed to beshopping it so they can get a status update. Management doesn't seem to care, we're only proxy customers to them we can'tactually complain so here's my complaint. Read more

Williamsburg HY-VEE is my favorite location among all of the HyVee locations I have visited in Lincoln. We have lived in the... area for 10 years now and over the years we have gotten to know the staff and the store managers personally The son of one ofthe store managers went to the same daycare as my son and they had a great friendship and we had a great friendship with hisparents too. Although I cannot put a finger on it it?s just something about the ambience, the cleanliness, the lighting, and ofcourse the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food. Over the years they have been numerous occasions where wehave forgotten to take all of our grocery bags home and each and every time, without fail, the staff took a note of it keptthose bags aside and returned them to us when we went back. It?s that decency and professionalism about the store that impressesme a lot. Every so often we go and have Saturday morning breakfast or brunch at the restaurant in the store and all of the foodthat is prepared and served in the store are always delicious. Pretty much every birthday cake we have celebrated our sonsbirthday with, has been prepared by Williamsburg HY-VEE Numerous Thanksgiving dinners have also been catered for us throughWilliamsburg HY-VEE It?s just a friendly, positive, vibrant community atmosphere in the store at all times which is what makesit very inviting I think Williamsburg HY-VEE is a great asset to the Southeast Lincoln community and we will continue topatronize the store for the foreseeable future Read more
Was door dashing and had to wait over half an hour for the order I was picking up as I was told "25 items still to get"... 10... minutes later "12 items to still get"... 10 more minutes, they had me move to a parking spot cause "seven more items still".After another 10 or so, the guy apologized and went in to finish the shopping himself. Over 30 minutes nearly 40... That mycustomer was waiting for, and needed me to deliver. Read more
Always good deals, but since they have installed all the self checkouts their customer service has dropped off considerably. We... had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to help us when the self checkout register stopped working. Read more
I love my neighborhood Hy-Vee store. I?ve never had anything to complain about and have never made a complaint. I was buying... some products in the health market today and snagged 3 items that were on sale. I was surprised to see such great prices andchecked the labels to make sure they were correct before grabbing. They did not ring up correctly and so the manager came overto help. He did his investigation to make sure what I was claiming was correct. I went with him to make sure we were looking atthe same things. While he was inputting the displayed price in the computer, I noticed this highly advertised sign and foundmyself confused about the practice. I didn?t say anything because he was nice and I didn?t want to make a big deal about itsince I was already getting a great price. But the manager did not own up to this claim that Hy-Vee seems to be serious about.Therefore, I?m a bit disappointed in Hy-Vee, but of course if will continue to ship there. After getting home I?ve realizedthat the manager actually charged me more than what the advertised prices were for these items. Unfortunate. Read more
This review is focused specifically on the Wine & Spirits section of the store because that is the primary reason I visit the... store at this location. They have a wide selection of all types of drinks at resonable prices. I prefer Hy-Vee to the brickstores that specialize only in those items. As you walk in the entrance from the parking lot side, they even have severalcoupons for certain items available near the checkout. Read more
If you plan to order your food on DoorDash just know and idk why but this Hyvee will load every car before the dashers. I have... no explanation for it but I am a dasher and everytime I come here they fill 2-4 cars before me that got here after me. So justbe warned and know that we?re trying to get it to you as soon as possible! Read more
