I live near LQ and have shopped/ eaten here almost weekly for the past decade or so. It is an absolute gem in Nebraska. You will... not find better bread or pastries. Period. They started with bread, and have slowly expanded into a range of pastries, desserts,soups and sandwiches, and now gelato. Every single thing they sell is best in class. On the pricier side, but worth every penny.I'm happy to pay it to keep them in business in Lincoln! Read more

Delicious bakery! I love coming here for the turkey avacado sandwich it is SO good I could eat it everyday. They are normally... busy but it makes sense because of how good it is. The breads are super tasty and the sweet treats are amazing. If you haven?tbeen here definitely take a stop in and give it a try or they also have a stand at the farmer?s market. Came here on the spur of the moment just to get some pastries and was very much impressed with all the bread and funky stuff... here that we ended up getting much more than expected. Firstly, the size of the breads was Ginormous! I was just stating andtrying to comprehend the size! Especially for the baguettes and the sourdough. I took the sweet potato bread with dates andpecans and this was just phenomenal! What a soft loaf and the perfect sweetness and crunch and eveything! I just ate a slice ofit as soon as I got to my car and it was really hard to stop. The bread does not need any toppings or even toasting or anything.It's just perfect as is! My boyfriend and I also split one of the Raspberry Mascarpone filled Cruffins. It was so soft andperfect! We went just before closing but this was as if it were freshly baked. The flakiness of the cropping was on point andthe sweetness was right there as well. I love the cream filling by itself and just had it with a spoon haha. Really wish I hadgone for another! We also got some macaroons to go. The vanilla, pistachio and lemon poppy seed. It felt like these were a bittoo overly sweet. Like eating a spoonful of sugar. I don't think I would get these again. These are the best French pastries in Nebraska. Dare I say even further than that? I might dare. Because these pastries are... always the flakiest, butteriest, delicious, and aesthetically-pleasing pastries around. I highly recommend any of their freshfruit danishes, their cruffins (my mom's favorite), or their breakfast sandwiches. I have never been disappointed and feel likeI'm melting every time one of these delicious creations enters my mouth. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. Read more
