Chicken fried nicely, not greasy but needed flavor (needed salt, which I never do).???????? Our my $8.99 dinner came to $16.06... with just water to drink! It was to come with 2 sides?one being salad, but was charged $1.50 for it plus .80 dressing! Myadvice: Don?t order sour cream for your baked potato,let them short you on a side, don?t order salad, if you do, don?t ask forsalad dressing.most of all, let them pick your meat. A Lincoln institution! If you are a fan of fried chicken, there's no place better to go than Lee's. They are pretty greasy, but... the onion rings are phenomenal! And don't forget Lee's sour cream if you get a baked potato. There is absolutely nothing fancyabout this place, which is part of why it's such a landmark institution. I came for the memories~ but I stayed for the tunes~ the dinner delightful as much as the room~ the staff aimed to please which... is important today~ I tipped the piano and service thirty and change. Iconic fried chicken ????, a Lincoln tradition. When I was a kid we would stop in the parking lot, my dad would run in and get... picnic-to-go, and we?d take it to Pioneers Park. It was fun to sit inside this time, happy people, live music (name thattune!), and great food. Long live the giant rooster! Read more
