Just a typical Wednesday morning, and I'm finally on time by being ahead of schedule... I think to myself oh an egg mcmuffin and... hashbrown sounds delightful this morning. I approach the McDonald's gas station combo and notice that there's a little bit ofA-line, As I mentioned I'm a little ahead, so no problem- I'm willing to wait. I get to the back of the building and think ohmy luck is up there's no one at the ordering station.. Spoke too soon! Mic click. Then a shriekingly obnoxious voice with aninteresting attempt at makeing an apology, "Soooooooo sorry, can you pull up to the 1st window" Zero explanation, no goodmorning, nothing to greet you other than that voice, followed by a rather long line of people ordering 1 by 1 at the window. 2others bypassed the lincluding myself. I took my grandkids here because they were giving out Wakanda Forever toys in the kid's meals. I normally refuse to go to... McDonald's. However, the service was great and the food was actually hot and decent. They didn't forget anything! Read more
Overcharged on McRib deal. Had to complain and go inside to get overcharge taken care of. Took quite a while to get a person... to even come to the register. While waiting for another employee to come open the cash drawer, another customer got shortchanged by $3 and she had to wait for them to open the drawer again to give her the $3 they didn't give her the first time.
