Just a typical Wednesday morning, and I'm finally on time by being ahead of schedule... I think to myself oh an egg mcmuffin and... hashbrown sounds delightful this morning. I approach the McDonald's gas station combo and notice that there's a little bit ofA-line, As I mentioned I'm a little ahead, so no problem- I'm willing to wait. I get to the back of the building and think ohmy luck is up there's no one at the ordering station.. Spoke too soon! Mic click. Then a shriekingly obnoxious voice with aninteresting attempt at makeing an apology, "Soooooooo sorry, can you pull up to the 1st window" Zero explanation, no goodmorning, nothing to greet you other than that voice, followed by a rather long line of people ordering 1 by 1 at the window. 2others bypassed the lincluding myself. Thanks but no thanks I'll pass. I'm not gonna rate the food cause obviously didn't haveany to try. Read more
I took my grandkids here because they were giving out Wakanda Forever toys in the kid's meals. I normally refuse to go to... McDonald's. However, the service was great and the food was actually hot and decent. They didn't forget anything! Read more
Overcharged on McRib deal. Had to complain and go inside to get overcharge taken care of. Took quite a while to get a person... to even come to the register. While waiting for another employee to come open the cash drawer, another customer got shortchanged by $3 and she had to wait for them to open the drawer again to give her the $3 they didn't give her the first time. Not going back to this location ever again. Read more
There's lettuce on my no-lettuce sammy. There's no fries in my meal. 'Nuff said. This is my first time coming to McD's in at... least 5 years and I can say I won't return for at least 5 more. Read more
Took way too long for the small orders. Once you get to window the workers didn't know whose order was what. Waited 6 min for... them to tell us the coffee machine didn't work. But had a caramel frappe ready, so why did we wait if you knew it was broke. Read more
The old white lady in the drive Thur seriously looks at me and goes what do you need now I gave you everything when 1. My food... was made wrong and I was trying to get it remade and the kitchen knew. 2. She has never had an issue until I started being myfriend. 3. Me and my friend are super respectful. 4. Food is a 4 star because, well, it's McDonald's. Not saying anything bad, just can't give a cheap burger 5 stars. It's what... everyone knows and expects. Easy, fast comfort foods. I like the atmosphere here. Read more
