I waited in the drive through for an hour!!! An hour!! Very under staffed. Not to mention I asked for ketchup and mayo and after... an hour wait all I got was two packets of mayo and two packets of ketchup, my toddler eats 3 to 4 packets of ketchup so if theygive me two packets of ketchup that means I don?t get any my toddler gets all two. I went here on a Friday night an WOW this place was crazy packed! The drive through was long and many people were parking and... going in. I felt bad for the workers because it was just car after car and not many people saying thank you. Despite the longlines and rude customers they managed to get our order exactly how we asked for it. This staff is great and should get a littlemore appreciation from customers! It's not easy to pump out order after order. Read more

Ordered a McRib and when we got it figured out it had to have been sitting for a little while since all the sauce on the inside... the container was completely dried and even the sandwich had some cold spots.
