I waited in the drive through for an hour!!! An hour!! Very under staffed. Not to mention I asked for ketchup and mayo and after... an hour wait all I got was two packets of mayo and two packets of ketchup, my toddler eats 3 to 4 packets of ketchup so if theygive me two packets of ketchup that means I don?t get any my toddler gets all two. I went here on a Friday night an WOW this place was crazy packed! The drive through was long and many people were parking and... going in. I felt bad for the workers because it was just car after car and not many people saying thank you. Despite the longlines and rude customers they managed to get our order exactly how we asked for it. This staff is great and should get a littlemore appreciation from customers! It's not easy to pump out order after order. Read more
What about your staff? I waited 45 minutes for my order! 45 minutes! there was a crowd in the McDonald?s, people were waiting... for their order for 45-50 minutes! Got the quarter pounder with an extra quarter pounder for a buck deals. I had a much better experience here this time. Staff was... friendly and attentive. The parking lot and st lanes were clean and moved along quite well. Read more
We stopped in to eat quickly during our shopping Sunday afternoon. We stood at the counter behind one other guest for probably 5... minutes and nobody at the counter acknowledged the guest in front of us or took their order. I asked for the 2 for 6 and also said is it still a promo right now? "Yes, No problem." Very friendly staff. Got charged regular... price. Rather than correct the error and just give me few bucks back I was given the cash one of the items. Thought wow thatcustomer service! Opened my bag up to eat. I got my chicken nuggets but no sandwich. Really? If a fast food please made amistake they would simply correct it. Not McDonald's. They have been stingier have gotten so cheap towards the customers. Usedto be my favorite chain. High prices and they never help the customer out when they make an error. I hate to be that guy butthis is just classless. Ordered a McRib and when we got it figured out it had to have been sitting for a little while since all the sauce on the inside... the container was completely dried and even the sandwich had some cold spots. Service in the drive thru was really good andpretty fast but that never helps when you cannot deliver on the food even for McDonald's Read more
