I Ordered a double pounder with ketchup and pickle only with a fry and large Diet Coke, and a 10 McNugget with sweet and sour... sauce. They had no coke and they messed our double pounder up. We?ve gone to multiple McDonald?s and every single one of themhave messed the double pounder with ketchup and pickle only up. I got a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese Large Meal, but when I opened my Double Quarter Pounder, both patties were a mix of... pink and brown. A mix of cooked and uncooked. I had to throw it away, and I was very displeased and appalled. Is this howMcDonald?s treats all its customers? It great place to eat if your on a budget. I do like the McDonald's on 10th St and highway 2, they are efficient and friendly.... The food is not over cooked and I love the chicken nuggets from here. Read more
This store has went beyond what I thought would be illegal. Whatever system or whomever was in charge that night definitely... cloned my debit card and charged it when I hadn't even left my apartment for the purchase date. DO NOT PAY WITH CARD at thislocation. Your data is not safe. And yes I am 100 percent positive the leak or theft of private data was either their system oran employee. It's pretty bad that you used my card at the McDonald's I shopped at 1 time. I have a better mind to take action.This should not happen to your customers! Went thru the drive thru and ask for a Sausage Biscuit on a bun.. They immediately told me no they couldn't do that. So I had... to order 1) 2.00 McMuffin Instead of getting 2 Sausage Biscuits on a Bun for 2.00.. I don't really like Biscuits. So I went ina recorded myself asking them why they wouldn't let me have it. And was told they have to use the same toaster and change itout for lunch. And I ask why they didn't ask me if I would take it untoasted.. or at least offer and she said I don't know. Wecould do that. I said we'll I already ordered at the drive thru. Just wanted to know why. Cause I get it on a bun everywhereelse than there. And it is always toasted. So I don't know. She had a pretty good answer though. Lol. Got a buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich and the chicken was so old and dry it felt like i was eating a puck. Serving visibly... old food is just disgusting, ordered another a day after and it was the same as the first. Just disgusting Read more
This McDonalds is the worst in Lincoln. Rude staff, fries are almost always cold and unsalted. Tonight we got a double quarter... pounder with both patties raw (ew) one fully and the other was raw half way through. The nuggets were so stale I felt like wewere eating cardboard. Person taking the order was very rude, didn't put the order on screen to make sure everything was okay,had to ask the guy taking our money. Do not recommend this one at all. Read more
We didn't go inside so I have no idea what the atmosphere was like but the food was fresh, hot, and tasty and the service was... great. The kid at the window greeted us when we pulled up and thanked us when we left. Told us to have a nice evening. That'sreally unusual these days. Read more
