Had a pickup order I placed on the website, and upon arrival I told them my name. Edith was super rude about it saying that they... gave to to someone from door dash already even though it was a mobile order. I went in this afternoon to grab lunch and this girl named Emily was extremely rude. She rushed me when I was trying to decide... what I wanted to get. They gave me the wrong drink and when I went back and asked her to change it to the original order sherefused to do so and pretended like I wasn?t there. The rest of the employees where extremely nice and had amazing customerservice but Emily, whoever you are, you are dragging this company down and I would be ashamed to have to work there with you.
