Had a pickup order I placed on the website, and upon arrival I told them my name. Edith was super rude about it saying that they... gave to to someone from door dash already even though it was a mobile order. I told her that it was an order for me and not fordoordash or anything, and she said there's nothing they can do about it and told me it's my fault for ordering online and that Ineed to go thru the line instead next time. They were rude about it but made the food again anyways but it's like why have anoption to order on the website if you're just gonna be rude about it? Worst customer service Read more
I went in this afternoon to grab lunch and this girl named Emily was extremely rude. She rushed me when I was trying to decide... what I wanted to get. They gave me the wrong drink and when I went back and asked her to change it to the original order sherefused to do so and pretended like I wasn?t there. The rest of the employees where extremely nice and had amazing customerservice but Emily, whoever you are, you are dragging this company down and I would be ashamed to have to work there with you. Had Kung Pao Chicken with fried rice. Price was fine with the quantity. Also tasted pretty good.

Pictured is the fried rice, beef & broccoli, honey walnut shrimp, and teriyaki chicken. It was fresh and amazing! Chicken moist... and flavorful. Broccoli cooked perfectly at which it still had crunch. Beef was tender. The shrimp is not over cooked and nicesized. The honey glaze compliments it perfectly with the candied walnuts. The rice is simply delicious! The reason for the fourstars is because I always feel rushed. The young lady that fixes the food seems to give a death stare like she is forcing youwith her eyes to order hurriedly. People eat with their eyes and if they're not given a few seconds to at least try new itemsinstead of picking the same stuff to stay safe, then we wouldn't feel so rushed.
