Do not order via the mobile app. App said my food would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived to the restaurant at the 20 minute... mark. The employees wouldn't even look over to acknowledge me and the other group of people waiting for online orders. I stoodaround for 30 minutes and finally got my food. The most frustrating thing was watching over a dozen people get immediate serviceas walk in orders. I will try again in a year. Read more

Big health code violation on food handler's, they don't have gloves on when serving/dishing up your food. Some of them don't... even seem to know what they are doing and run around bumping into each other being in too much of a rush. Rangoon's are alsosupposedly a entree and not a side. Read more

One word explains our experience and that's annoyed. We went there Sunday and first thing we noticed was all this orders... already plated sitting on the counter not under a heat lamp. They were busy so we over looked that. Then we order our food andthey say there's a wait on orange chicken no problem except the flies that were landing on our food. So we asked for our moneyback and get told they can't do that only gms can. Didn't offer to take our name and number to give to the gm or anything. Therewas 20 cars in the drive through and no interest in hustling to get orders out. We just want a refund on our food. Read more

Good was good. The woman that served us, seemed to rush us through the process, Even though they were not busy at all. Nobody in... the drive-thru and there was only one other couple in there when we got there. Read more

Let me start off by saying I hate orange chicken (unpopular opinion I know) but I ordered a bigger plate with fried rice, sweet... fire chicken and honey sesame chicken with a side of chow mein. Why did they complete ignore my order and decide to give me whatthey wanted to give me which was half chow mein half fried rice. 2 servings of orange chicken and half honey sesame chicken. Iordered at 8:00 so Im thinking they ran out of what I wanted and didn?t feel like dropping more since they close at 9 but THEYSHOULD HAVE CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THAT. I?m never going back to the pinelake location. This is the 2nd bad experience for methere. They?re closed now so I can?t call and get a refund but this was a complete waste of my money and I?m going to bed hangryas heck. Please don?t go here if you can go to the other locations. Food was okay Warm so that?s a plus! But costumer service was VERY VERY rude. We parked and As we were walking up and almost... opening the door A worker stuck a sign in the door say lobby is closed. That?s fine so we went through the drive thru. Nicki wasthe person who helped us and she was ungodly rude. When order she would cut up off multiple times asking what we wanted fordrink and entree as we were saying it she would know if she would of just waited. We made two orders and she put both the orderin the same bag when asking for a different bag she slammed the food back through the window and slammed it on the counter toput it in another bag ripping the back and spilling the container of rice in the bag. She was very rude I would not recommendgoing to that Panda Express. Read more

They give you samples to try. They say thank you all the time, you feel very thankful here. The food is awesome & the drive thru... is working as expected. The toothpick the gave you for the sample is a keeper. It has a groove in it so you can keep it in yourmouth and move it around with your tongue like an analog joystick. Read more
