Took over 30 minutes to arrive after I got the text it was on its way. Got it and it was pretty cold. Not a good experience.

Frick this place. Called at 10:10pm as I was at a nearby hotel and nothing else was open. Placed and order. Order guy said... it?d take 25-30 minutes. Wait 30 minutes go down in the lobby, no call no show. Called the store. No answer. Looked at papatracker, still shows being made. Called customer service, and they?re basically, sorry store has closed, too bad. Get yourbrains together. I went by the store at 1050, the sign for OPEN is lit, but no one is in the store. Read more
Got pizza wings and breadsticks last night for about $52. Delivery was very very long, food was cold and not even tasty when it... finally showed up, AND the pizza was wrong. It had onions on it. Which I'm allergic to.. So disappointed. I'd rather have justsaved my money I feel like what I got wasn't worth anything at all. Read more
Ordered a 32.00 order online and they charged my debit card over $331.00 totally 10 different transactions! Spoke to the manager... who pulled up a printed receipt verifying my single delivered order and referred me to a corporate number to call. Called themsnd they said it was my mistake and I must have hit order 10 times for 2 different amounts! I said well then if that was true,where?s the other 9 orders I didn?t get!! Asked for my money to be instantly returned as they instantly took it and was told Icould dispute it with my bank! Ordered 2 large pizzas. One well done, the other regular. Used the app, which tells you when the pizza is ready for pickup. ... Showed up to one pizza being done, fortunately it was well done one, right? So they made the other pizza and threw it in theoven and had me wait while my well done pizza got cold. Sure. No offer of apologies at this point. About 8 minutes goes by, Iget my 2 pizzas and leave. Got home and prepared to eat my pizzas only to find that the "well done" pizza, was not well done,but completely under cooked. Wooow!! Very expensive $ 26.00 for a 12" over cooked pizza and bread sticks woooow!! Tasted nasty like burned bread, I only had... one piece the rest is for my dogs. Read more
Ordered a pizza with light cheese, came out perfectly, got bread sticks that were tasty! And my favorite, the cinnamon pull... aparts were absolutely the best. Everything was warm up on delivery and the driver was a very nice gentleman. Read more
