Frequented this location almost every Friday for the past few years, (family pizza night). Lately the orders have been wrong,... most recently we received plain breadsticks when we ordered Garlic Parm breadsticks. Tonight they replaced are wrong order withanother wrong order. Called to get it fixed and the Manager chewed me out, told me she was training new people and she couldn'tkeep giving me free pizzas. She said if they couldn't make us happy that we should stop coming there. We WILL NOT be back. As aside note I've never once asked for anything from them and I've always been polite and respectful. I call to let them know whatthey got wrong and they offer a solution which I accept. That's it. If the Manager cant afford to keep fixing wrong orders sheshould train and supervise her cooks better. I ordered from them, they forgot a couple items which only amounted to $3.25. (sauces, not a big deal I just wanted a few bucks... back, I didn't even want someone to come all the way back to me just for sauces) Called to talk to the manager, she was aninsufferable and miserable woman telling me it was the driver's fault and she couldn't help me, kept talking without letting meget a WORD in edgewise, did not listen to me whatsoever. Horrible carry out experience ever. Both papadias were baked too long that they were burnt and the jalapeño poppers were burnt... as well. Also the papadias were missing ingredients plus the dipping sauces were missing as well. I'm not sure at this point ifI'm ordering here ever again ???? Read more
We placed an order totaling over $140.00. The pizza tasted horrible. The wings had very little sauce on them: some didn't even... have sauce. Called to complain to a manager about the experience they asked if I was asking for a full refund then hang up withno empathy or resolution. Called and made an order. Got charged, said it was delivered. No pizza. Called the store. The guy who answered pretended to be a... message. I was confused at first but figured it was a real person. I ended up walking down to the location. It was closing and aguy with a limp, was very rude and told me we are closed. Never ordering again Read more
I called to ask a few questions. The gentleman that answered was polite and respectful. He kept a very relaxed and mellow tone.... His language was appropriate. He presented great service over the phone. I didn't buy anything, not because I wouldn't butbecause the phone call was regarding someone who couldn't call and they needed information. So I got an order last night for 1 extra large beef pizza. I ate 1 slice and so did my boyfriend, 30 mins later we were... experiencing food poisoning symptoms. I called them again to speak to a manager and was told to call tomorrow 11/30/2022. Thewoman who answered the phone told me that the flu has been going around and dismissed the fact we got food poisoning from theirpizza. Then she told me the manager couldn't speak with me until tomorrow. I have been trying to contact someone about this, butto no avail. This doesn't look good at all on papa johns. It's sad and disappointing not only because the pizza made us sick,but also because of the lack of attention thier employees are giving to this situation. Read more
