Can?t add a extra pepperoncini to the order, nor does doordash allow you to. Pathetic.
Every time I order from here and ask for square cut pizza with my thin crust it comes regular cut and you can?t pull it apart.... Also ordered extra garlic sauce and never received it and when I called all the stores they kept telling me it was a differentlocation and to try there. WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN Read more
They delivered the pizza to the wrong address, I called and they said they couldnt do anything about it. The manager then put me... on hold to talk to the delivery driver who proceeded to yell that it was already delivered and there wasn't anything they weregoing to do about it. Would give 0 stars if possible. Had a fantastic night waiting 50+ minutes after ordering, watching the tracker, before our order... was suddenly cancelled. The store was closed by the time we tried to call to inquire. What horrible service. Will never orderfrom any Papa Johns again. I walked in ordered a chicken bbq "no onion" . Picked it up went home 20minute drive. When got home pizza had onions. Called... them to confirm what it said on the ticket on the box. They was said just come back and they would remake it. REALLY a 20 minutedrive. Not stopping again there. No offer to anything. THANK YOU. Read more
What a WASTE OF A PIZZA! Ordered a medium to go 4/10/19 before 9p, but as seen in the pic there's nothing on it. The toppings... alone are for a half a pizza and too much crust making it worthless to eat.. I payed $8 for their new papa bowls. I didn't get what I payed for. Barely and sauce and cheese. Hardly any meat. Not the... greatest. Pizzas are better and papidas. I'll never order the bowl again. Read more
