Staff is super friendly and food is delicious! BUT... the portions are small and for the price it just not worth it. My son and... I both had $14 plates that equaled to one large serving of fries and 3 chicken strips put together. My daughter had a $13 platethat was 3 pancakes and one small scoop of scrambled eggs, and my wife had a $14 omlette that had little to no filling on theinside and a side of 3 pancakes. The restaurant was very warm and multiple customers were commenting on the temperature. Ioverheard a staff member commenting that they were not aloud to change the thermostat because the manager was, shall we say"thrifty" would not allow it. Read more
Was very disappointed in how slow the service was. And it wasn't even that terribly busy. Was hoping to have a nice dinner to... celebrate my son's birthday but after being there and waiting for over an hour for our food, we left. Showed up at 7pm, orderedat 720 left at 815. 6 other tables got their food before me and my family and we ordered before the 6 other tables did. 5 of the6 tables that got their food ate, paid and left. and me and my family still didn't get our food. Did our order forget to getplaced in? How could they forget us when we had a loud 4 year old we were trying to tame. Used to love Perkins but it hasn'tbeen the same since it left 48th and O location. We experienced really slow service. Waitresses never came to check on the table. Food was forgotten and finally put on to cook... after we had all finished eating. The second star is for the food. It was still very good food. Read more

We've been here several times, as we travel. It's always good, but daughter loves their strawberry menu. Lots of items to choose... from. Will always stop by while travelling. Read more
My friend and I had stayed at a hotel nearby but they didn't have any chairs in their breakfast area, we didn't want to bring... food to our room so we went to Perkins. We've eaten at several Perkins over the years (never at this one before though) andalways have gotten good breakfasts. This one was also very good- my bacon was crispy (as I requested) and the breakfast potatoesare delicious. Our server, Gay, was great- friendly and attentive. I would recommend this restaurant. I was surprised to see thenegative reviews as we were very pleased with our experience. Read more
