Our family shared pho with beef flank, a thin sliced grilled pork rice platter, and a thin sliced grilled pork vermicelli bowl. ... We enjoyed everything we ate, with the pork being a table favorite. The portions are generous, and the vegetables were veryfresh and appealing. The restaurant was immaculately clean, and the service was very attentive. The food and service were bothquick. We have found a new favorite spot in our neighborhood! Read more

Been here five times now, four times dine in, one time carry out. Every time the food has been outstanding, fresh, high quality,... and flavorful. They definitely have skill in the grilled meats category. I would consider any of the meats on the grill are musttry. The Chef is clearly talented and there are some must try dishes that help expand what is known of Vietnamese food inLincoln. This is a great addition to the neighborhood. This is a hidden gem and must try restaurant. Read more

The restaurant is very clean and newly built.\nI ordered spring rolls and vermicelli with grilled pork. The spring rolls are... good, i really like the peanut sauce, very creamy and thick.\nAbout the pork vermicelli bowl, im not sure if i should say i likeit or i dont like it. The grilled pork was good but the noodle was aweful :( i dont know why they warmed up the noodle to bevery hot (Vermicelli bowl supposed to be cold or room temperature, its not noodle soup), the noodle in my bowl was extremely hotand crushed. I’ll be honest—it took me longer to get here (20 minutes from downtown thanks to rush hour) than it did for me to finish my... bowl of noodles (15 minutes because YUMMM). This bowl had the perfect protein-to-noodle ratio, and the egg roll, simple as itmay sound, was unbelievably delicious. It was absolutely worth the drive! Read more

We came during the soft opening so we only had an opportunity to get pho. I was not disappointed in the quality! I ordered the... large size combination without tendon. I do think the large size is more like a small at other places, but I was definitely fullstill after lunch. The description of the spring rolls is the closest one I\'ve seen to my Mom\'s so I\'m very excited to trythose. I\'m immensely pleased with this location too! I no longer have to drive across town for good Vietnamese food. Read more

Food: average. They give quite a lot of meat in every dish but the taste is average. Grilled meat for vermicelli is quite sweet... but they have a nice smoky taste to it. The soup broth is bland, especially the chicken pho. I wouldn\'t recommend eating phohere, but you should try their clay pot rice or other dishes. The restaurant has vegan options and their salted tofu was nice.We didn\'t get to try the papaya salad, pennyworth juice, or coconut juice because they were out that day. However, the smoothiewas really tasty. I recommend the strawberry over mango if you like sour!\n\nService: need more training! When our group camein, no one said a thing. They either looked at us or did their own thing. Not even a greeting, ask us how many people or tell usto sit wherever we want. Nothing, so we just stood for a while before going towards a table then an employee came and asked ushow many people we have. This gave me a bad impression of the restaurant as the employees are the face of the place, but theirservice was just not it. However, they did ask us multiple if we need to fill the water, which was nice. When we checked out,one of the employees said \"ok\" instead of \"thank you\" when we gave her a tip, and that was weird. Also, the order in whichthey make the food is messed up because the couple next to us had to wait 45 minutes to get their take out while the othertables, who came in later, got their food first. Excellent Vietnamese restaurant with an exciting menu that will bring me back for much more. I had the Top Round beef Pho which... is undeniably the best I have had. The grilled beef and rice was delicious and enjoyed by others at the table. Read more
