I'd give zero stars, if I could. Ordered online with approximately 2 hours before delivery time. Never showed up! Called the... store and the phone just rings and rings. Guess no one feels the need to answer the phone in the store. Completely unacceptable. Read more
my family prefers the pizza hut recipes over other pizzas. their prices are reasonable, and there's always some deal going on.... we like to try the new flavors they offer, and until recently, it was easy to order online for later pickup. there's been sometechnical hiccups, so that's why i removed a star. Manager clearly does not love his job, always gives a sarcastic response when asked how he?s doing, and he communicates... aggressively. Was given a credit over them giving me the wrong order, was not informed if I didn?t use it all in one order Iwould lose it, so came in thinking I?d be using the rest of the credit but wasn?t able to, manager did not communicate this verywell and was rude about it. I get it?s stressful doing your job but that?s your job, take it down a notch and be respectful. Read more

Ordered big dinner box, the box was dropped off on the porch damaged alone with the breadstick box (bread sticks weren?t... damaged) the toppings from the pizza were stuck on the box due to them piling the rest of my ordered on top carelessly, triedcalling the store 2 times after and waited in hold for 10 minutes the first time and 13 the next. Definitely won?t order fromthem again. Read more

Called for a edge pizza carry out , went to pick it up pulling into their parking lot got a text telling me my order didn't go... through and I should talk to them so I did, eventually they told me it was out of stock? So I ordered something else and had towait for it. Disappointing to say the least. Read more

Food was prepared and ready to go...I loved the convenience or ordering online and paying so all I had to do was open the car... door and take my pizza home. Also love the fact that they are open late...we often eat late due to our work schedules and mostplaces are closed by that time. Food was delicious Read more

I always get the stuffed crust pizza ???? from this Pizza Hut and I have never had an issue with them or the pizza. The pizza... always tastes GREAT!!!! And is always made the way it's supposed to be. Read more

This last visit might honestly be the worst pizza I?ve ever had. We got a big dinner box and both pizzas were more crust than... sauce, cheese or toppings. The cheese was also not even completely melted on the pizza or the cheese sticks. The top was, but inthe middle it separated into individual slices of cheese. The wings were literally tenders. Somehow the wings caught none of thesauce and all sank to the bottom. Honestly impressive. Neither the crust or the cheese sticks were cooked all the way through ingeneral. Very doughy near the center. Not sure what?s going on at this location, but it would appear to me some more attentionneeds to be brought in to ensure everything is getting out at a good enough rate of quality. Read more
