Wish I could post zero stars. Ordered a pizza, waited 2 hours before calling national customer service because the store had... closed by this point. Look at my bank account, they had refunded my money but didn't even bother to tell us they cancelled ourorder. I should have read the reviews before going through this myself. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! A young man that claimed to be the manager hung up in my face while laughing after I asked for his... name. Very unprofessional & he doesn't possess the fundamentals to be a leader of a team. As a manager there is no reason fornot giving a customer your name as they are there to assist. The phone rang so long it disconnected the call because no oneanswered in this small establishment. I ordered a pizza online for pickup at 4 pm. My daughter went to pick it up and there was a sign on the door saying all orders... after 4 pm canceled. They gave us our money back but they didn't notify us at all. Very rude. I also heard early on in theCovid pandemic the owner forbid the employees from wearing a mask. Read more
Ordered crust that you pay extra for is not what they bring and they failed to add the parmesean on the crust. Why offer an... option if you are incapable of delivering that option? Very displeased. Changed my review due to consistent order errors! Read more
Impossible to reach an actual person at the store. Ordered for delivery and once ordered it quote 3 hours to delivery. I live... less than a 1/4 mile away. I wanted to cancel but nobody answers at all. The worst experience I have ever had. Will NEVERorder from pizza hut again. Update: I got a text saying my pizza was out for delivery. Keep in mind I live across the street. (Bad foot can't walk. Had to order). Still waiting...still will not answer phone at location. Rings 5 times then hangs up onyou . HORRIBLE!!!! Read more
I had earned a free large pizza. In order to have it delivered, the order had to be >$11. I ordered wings which my kids usually... love. All 5 of them thought they were terrible. My husband gave them a shot and he, too said they were awful. I?m okay with notordering from Pizza Hut again. Read more
I ordered pizza for delivery. Pizza arrived on time, but one was missing. I called the store to let them know, they apologized... and said they would get a new one out right away. Called back an hour later and told them I still had not received the ?missingpizza? and they acted shocked, but again said, we will make it and get out immediately. Another hour passed and I called againto say we did not receive the ?missing pizza, and was told this time they would just put a credit on my account for that pizzato be used next time? ummm really?!
