I ordered ranch with our pizza and bread sticks and did not receive it. Was told they would put a 5 dollar credit on account but... never received it. My pizza was alright (a bit cold never received a text that it was there and no knock on the door I was rightin the livingroom) but the breadsticks where dry and the cheese burnt on the ends and cold. I know it was a Friday night and I?m sure it was busy but the overall experience was tainted. Our boneless wings were forgotten... but the driver brought them to us which was great but that?s where the satisfaction ended. The pizza was so dry, hardly anysauce and all the cheese was in the middle so it basically just eating crust. And the cheese sticks that we upgraded to werehard and cold so we had to air fry them to make them edible. Not our best experience with Pizza Hut at all. Read more
The olives tasted like they had gone bad. The crust was rubbery and overall it was not a good pizza. The wings also did not... taste right. Ordered side of ranch that was not received.. It's currently 7:40 pm CST, attempted to order both online and by phone. Though all listing of store hours state 11 pm, the... store appears to be closed. I'm not sure if this is improper operation of the store or simply out dated information on alloutlets. However, it's a bit frustrating and not the first time I've had this happen with this location specifcally. Read more
