I called and ordered a pizza from what I thought was 27th and cornhusker hwy and it ended up being the one on 27th and old... chenny. When I got to where I thought I had ordered from and realized I had made a mmistakes called right away and told themwhat had happened the lady got rude and hung up on me. Will NEVER order from 27th and old chenny. Extremely rude anddisrespectful. Read more

Called for delivery and they said a two hour wait when they just opened. I said that was fine though but they hung up on me. I... called back to say I was still ordering even with the wait but was redirected to another store which delivered in 30 minutes.Could have nicer people manning their phones or listen better instead of rush people off the phone by hanging up on them withouta goodbye or thank you! It was made correctly - having noted the order for "extra marinara" which is not always noticed by the Pizza Hut staff. I now... call right after ordering online and point out to them that we WANT extra marinara so that we are assured of getting it. Thepizza was great! Read more

I had the worst experience with one of the employees yesterday. I was waiting for the pizza that I had ordered almost thirty... minutes prior in the front of the store, when Jason the shift lead approached me with attitude. He asked why I was standing inthe front of the store just watching? I?m not sure if he forgot that I had just spoken with him to ask about my order. Heproceeded to kick me out of the store for no reason. Another customer said he would never go back to a Pizza Hut for what hesaw. That same employee then went on to say that he would call the police if I did not leave the store... I had not eitherreceived me pizza or a refund at that time. I let him know that I was ok with him calling the police since Pizza Hut had justrobbed me basically. I wish I had the option of putting no stars in this review, since there was no merit for a single star. Read more

The stuffed crust pizza is awful. I didn't like the cheese inside the crust. It tasted like something other than mozzarella. ... The pasta is actually tasty but they skimp on the sauce which causes the edges to become hard during the cooking process and allyou're left to eat is the middle part. I wish they would go back to their old recipe. Chicken primavera with peppers, squashand whatever else was way better. The breadsticks are delicious. Otherwise pizza hut have gotten ridiculous with their prices. Big prices for small portions but they do run good sales on their pizzas. Read more

Waited about 20 min past due time for my order then called when it didnt show up. Driver said he delivered but never did, the... person answering says "welp i guess well just have to remake it, itll be another 25 minutes." No free soda, no apology, nothing,just "youll have to wait another 25 minutes" Great idea to do a non-delivery and then tell me "the driver said he deliveredit" Dont insult me, if im calling because i never got my order its BECAUSE I NEVER GOT MY ORDER! 2 stars because at least theyremade the order, may edit 1 star and a corporate complaint if i dont get that. Update- the driver delivered the 1st one to ahouse a block down, who called me to let me know. Still waiting on MY order that hasnt been partially eaten by anotherfamily. -got MY order, same driver, tried to say the wind mustve blown it away (already know he delivered it 2 blocks diwn,admittedly similar house number on my street) What started as an honest mistake turned into a mess. 2 star stays.
