I have grown to hate this location with a passion. They have the slowest drive-thru in town compared to the other raising... Cane's. They only have three items to cook yet I can go to a competing chicken restaurant and get through there faster even ifthe competing restaurant has more people in line. On top of that if they serve you your food in a container they will put thechicken in the container when it is so hot it melts the plastic. Read more

Love this place, but service has become too slow to go there when I dont have much time. Wait times are over 40 min when using... drive thru. Update - 09.25.22. Went there again today and line was going into adjacent parking lot. Waited about 10 min...linestill hadn't moved and then a car full of people cut in front of me and blocked the exit for the person currently at the 2ndwindow. If I would?ve reviewed a few months ago this could?ve been a 5 star review. Unfortunately now a have a few complaints. The food... here is amazing and some of the best chicken I have had. Although, now the chicken finger have gotten kind of skimpy. They giveyou less fries now and their prices have increased while the food portions have gotten smaller. Bring back large chickentenders. Cane's is a crowd pleaser in my home. It is refreshing to be able to make substitutions when ordering online ...I can make... everyone happy with their preferences, they don't make it complicated, and don't even charge extra to sub fries instead ofcoleslaw for example. Love it!!! Read more

Caniac meal was good. No desserts on the menu which was weird? Lost one star for that reason. Everything else was good. Food was... hot. Service was fast and friendly. Thanks raising canes. Work on a cookie option or something ice cream or ANYTHING just incase the kids want a treat ???? Read more
