Normally, our experience at Red Robin rates in the 4 to 5 range. My wife likes the place because of her gluten free... requirements. The food has always been good. Our complaint this time was with the server that brought our drinks. He dumped adrink on our table, my seat, and me. He didn't even apologize. Nor did he clean up the mess. He got another tray and continueddelivering drinks to other guests. It was only after we pointed out the mess to another employee that the spill and mess weresloppily dealt with. We had great service and the burgers were large and wonderful. Liked the chips better than the steak fries. Chocolate milkshake... was a hit with the hubby.Our server was so friendly and welcoming. Only thing was it was noisy and lots of kids so if that's notyour jam you'd probably not enjoy it. Would definitely recommend for the food though. Read more

We normally really enjoy our local Red Robin. Tonight the service was terrible! We sat in a small booth right west of the... kitchen area. There was a lot of conversational drama going on between employees during our whole visit. We ordered two sodas tostart. Both didn't have much ice in them, and the soda was warm. After ordering our food we asked for fresh, cold drinks. Ittook longer to get our drink than it did our food. When we got our food, it was cold. We were very disappointed in the food, weusually have an outstanding experience at this location in Lincoln, Nebraska. We ordered Door Dash and decided on Yukon Chips rather than fries because fries are often cold and mushy. These chips were burnt... and there was only a small handful in each order. Had a mini celebration this afternoon and swung by Red Robin. Arrived around 2:45 on a Sunday. They had plenty of tables and we... got seated immediately. The waitress was great. We ordered three entrees and an appetizer. The pretzel bites were out of thisworld, I would venture to say the best I've had. Orded a couple burgers, and the prickly pear lemonade, which was alsodelicious. My criticism lays with the dusty area next to my booth, it was by the windows and hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Great service and greater burgers! I had the Burnin' Love Burger and my girl friend had a Whisky BBQ Burger. They were... extraordinarily juicy and tender. The waiter was very friendly and prompt even though the restaurant was packed during rushhours. We were treated to an appetizer that normally wasn't "bottomless" and ended up only eating the one bowl of cauliflowerfries. Read more
