The whole meal was awful. My fries were as hard as rocks and were clearly old fries they just tossed back in the fryer. The... runza looked like a subway sandwich, all the meat and cabbage were on the outside of the bread. Runza is supposed to be betterquality then McDonald's and that is definitely not the case at all. Is there not a manager on duty or are they just sitting in aoffice allowing the kids to run the show? I came through on my way to work, placed an order. Neesless to say it was horrible!? The people were friendly, but the chicken... was completely hard and dry! I called to let them know and talked to Susan who was supposedly the manager.? She said she wasn'tthere that day so she didn't know? Didn't offer another meal or anything? I will not be back! In 2019, I with friends, attended a Badger/Cornhusker game in Lincoln. They were selling these things called Runza. I didn't... know what they were, and didn't get a chance to try them then. Passing through today I stopped and ordered 2, the original andthe one with Cheddar cheese. These things are delicious!!! If you're not from Nebraska, they are bread pockets filled with amixture of ground beef, cabbage, and onions. They seasoned really well. I was bit nervous about the onion part, because I don'tcare for onions. But they were cut up small enough and mixed and cooked in well enough so that they don't over power the"sandwich". They have other flavors as well. I wish they had a store here in southern Wisconsin, I'd be there almost daily.Looking at the web site, it says they ship, I will be looking into that option. I was so disappointed in Runza tonight. I stopped on the way home to pick up food for myself and two kids after work. When we... got home, no chili, only cinnamon, no drinks for the kids meals. Chicken for salad wasn't crispy like I asked. I usually loveRunza. Tonight was sad. I was so excited for the cinnamon roll and chili too. Best part they charged me for EVERY ITEM.
