Last two times I ordered the Spicy Jack burger (in the last thirty days) I said no jalepenos, they weren't listening and threw... them on anyway. Today he asked me what sauce I want with my popcorn chicken and he apparently wasn't paying attention cause heleft the sauce out. Why even ask? I get that you close in 25 minutes but this is pretty basic. Don't be in hospitality if youcan't listen to what the customer wants. Read more

First Time I've had, and wow was it good. They don't have this in Atlanta! I'll visit every time I'm in Nebraska! So... good. I had the original, my wife had mushroom swiss. The fries were cooked perfectly too! Read more
This last trip everything was so salty that I could barely eat it. I had to brush it off and ended up with almost a teaspoon of... extra salt. Hopefully they cut back on it, but otherwise I suggest ordering it without any salt. Read more
I think out of the millions of times I've eaten at Runza Restaurants I've only really been disappointed once. This place was no... exception to the normal delicious burger. I did take a star off because most of the tables were a bit dirty. Since we were theonly customers inside at the time, I can't really think of a good reason that they wouldn't have been cleaned. Terrible service, multiple items missing or incorrect. I am most upset with my beverage that not only lacked both flavor and... carbonization, but also was filled with ice directly after I requested that their be no ice included.
