So me and the kiddos decided we wanted some chicken. And we decided to come here. The food was great as usual and the service... was ok. But there was this one skinny blond kid who was vaping and it made me and my kids uncomfortable. I hope he gets deltwith and put in his place. Other than that great service and food. So we went and ordered two five-piece tender meals with a jar dessert and okra. There was half a side of okra inside the okra... box. The gravy container wasn't even a quarter of the way full. And we got two four pieces instead of five. It was pretty busybut that's pretty bad. Read more
I do want to start by saying the food was fresh and tasty as it always is. I?ve never had an issue with the quality of the food.... However, this last visit the customer service was terrible. It was very obvious the cashier did not want to be there andbasically just glared at us the entire time we were ordering. Didn?t even give us a greeting or a thank you. It took 20 minutesto get our food and when it was brought out, she slammed the baskets on the table and just rolled her eyes and walked away. Itwon?t prevent me from coming back here, but this is pretty unacceptable for service. I understand the stresses of working infood service, but don?t take it out on your customers. Read more
Don't bother ordering online at this location. The food is never ready at the time you request, even if they're not that busy.... My pickup order has been 15-20 minutes late every time. It's quicker to just go through the drive through. The food is alwaystaste though. Read more
Horrible customer service and management, when they got my order wrong. The manager raised his voice at me and basically did not... want to help me. I have never had such a horrible experience with fast food. I do not recommend this location. Food was toosalty as well. The manager said that's how it's made. Read more
This is the best place to get chicken! So many amazing sauces and combos - chicken and waffles? Yes please. The Cayenne Ranch... sandwich is my current favorite but their chicken tenders are also great. I've never had a bad menu item! The best place for fast chicken! 2 chicken strips here is like the equivalent of 6 chicken strips anywhere else. They are that... big! Not too greasy of chicken or fries, and the chicken sandwich tastes super amazing with the French fried onions on top. Theyhave so many sauce options too! Waited in line for a long time, just two cars ahead of me. Paid $30 for 2 kids meals, a 4 piece tender meal, and a 3 piece... tender meal. The tenders are very small, honestly frozen tyson chicken tenders will fill you up more. Kinda feel like this placewasnt worth the cost/ wait, prices are inflating but their tenders are deflating. Dont see myself going back. Employees seemednice for what its worth... Bottom line is $30 should get you more quantity and quality than it did. Read more
