I always come to this sonic, today I had the worst customer service ever. They took my order and i waited fifteen minutes. I... tried calling the store and nothing. So I walked up to the window and they said they?ll have it right out. I waited ten minutesto finally get it and they still wanted me to pay for my drink. I will NOT be coming back! If you?re understaffed, you need tomake that known before taking my order! I have places to be! I?m incredibly disappointed. Read more

I was very disappointed in this and will probably avoid ever going again. We had a very simple order. Two drinks and an order of... mozzarella sticks. The total came to $13.08. We handed the girl $13.10. She handed back the receipt, the two drinks and themozzarella sticks. No 2 cents. Nor did she ask if we wanted our change. Not that this is a lot of money but that is not thepoint. If this is the policy of Sonic they should have a big sign at the pay window. ?We are unable to make change! Because wedo not have cash to do so or our employees are not bright enough to figure out what change to give.? Then we look at the receiptand it says ?Change $0.92? Really? Thank goodness we didn?t hand her a twenty dollar bill! Oh, to top it off , we didn?t get anymarinara sauce for our mozzarella sticks! Read more

I just went through the drive through got 5 pretzels and a large cherry limeade I thought. We got to the highway to find out we... got 3 double cheeseburgers, a fry and two tots. When I tried to call and tell them they hung up on me. The one star is for theone thing they got right and that was the drink. Read more

I went to Sonic expecting to get a burger that was paper thin, and barely at room temperature. But no! What I got wasn't even... close. I usually get my burger plain, normally it winds up with a bunch of "stuff" on it. Get that today? Again, couldn't evendo that! And the service?! Ha, that was a joke! If I could leave zero stars I would, just based on service. Take the family out for ice cream. They were a little busy so we... understood it was taking longer than normal. After 35 minutes, we pushed the call button to check on the status of our order. The guy comes in and did they're out of ice cream... I'm sorry, what? You couldn't tell us this when we placed the order, orwhen your ran out? How long were they going to make us sit there? We did get refunded, no apology what so ever. Went over toDQ, ordered 5 shakes and had then in our hand led than 5 minutes. Really angry about the service. If they had just let usknow, wouldn't be so bad, but to make us sit there for 35 minutes... in acceptable. Read more

I would give them less than a one star if available. It took 33 minutes and 28 seconds to get threw the drive through in which... they consider themselves fast food franchise. I understand it was busy but the three cars behind us all got their orders andleft the line. When I finally made it to the window I kindly asked to be compensated in some way. They wouldn?t and my familyand will not be returning. Read more

I gave 3 stars because They usually do a decent job at getting the orders right with the online app. Unfortunately this time... they forgot the cheese to the pretzel. That's the best part.. Usually look or start eating it but this specific day I made itall the way home before I looked in bag and noticed it wasn't there. Mistakes happen I understand but it was just Disappointing.
