I was there about 11am today 10/25. Ordered two footlong coney dogs in drive thru. Received order and when I got home my to eat.... My Coney dogs buns must of been microwaved too long. One side of bun was soggy other side was very hard. Who ever made theseknew they were bad and still gave them to me. That's wrong. Both were thrown away. $12 bucks lost.???? Read more

My wife and I just visited this location and we got terrible service asked for large drinks got medium when I asked the pierced... young lady at the window with attitude I was told no and she shut the drive up window in my face. Tots were cold drinks werecherry limeade call me crazy but no limes or cherrys in the glass. So much for service. Not impressed pay a lot of money forhamburgers basically I would call this a Shirley Temple not a cherry limeade. Read more

Would have given 0 stars if able. Ordered 2 drinks at 6:14 Sunday pm. Finally at 6:32 after we got a carhop?s attention he... brought them out. (Only one other car besides us) Read more

Getting extremely frustrated with incorrect drink orders through the app. Order and pay extra for extra cherries and get only... one 9 times out of 10. If you are going to charge extra for add ons and have it available on the app you better get your acttogether. Read more

Lately I get the wrong order and have to beg for ketchup, but it still tasted good. Fun place to go of you like all foods and... are cool with surprises! Maybe the fastfood Gods knew I really wanted a chocolate shake and a chili cheese coney instead of asuper sonic cheeseburger and a cherry limeade. I was in a rut, so thanks for mixing it up. My family and I ordered some drinks and two kids meals, and they found out order very difficult. We had to call them back... multiple times because they would forget the sauces or straws. Overall it was a lot more stressful and annoying than weexpected. But the drinks and food were good. It might have just been the day but honestly I think going to a different locationwould be better. Went through drive through. The girl working the drive through wasn?t very pleasant. Had an attitude when I handed her cash.... It?s seemed like in inconvenience to her. After paying she handed me my ice cream and the lid wasn?t on all the way and crashesto my floor board. As I look up she is holding my other item and giving me a smug look. Almost everytime I come to this one onthe evening she is always working the drive through/ register and she doesn?t make the experience pleasant. It?s like her beingthere is a waste of her time. That being said anytime I come to this location during the day or morning we have great costumerservice. I normally don?t complain because I work in in customer service but it was just so unpleasant. Hope one day she gets abetter attitude because someone isn?t going to take it very well. Read more

Tonight I ordered food from the app. The website states you are open until 11. I ordered shortly after 10, the app let me order... food. My card was charged. I drove to the restaurant. All of the lights were off but I did see people. So pulled up to stall 8and checked in. I waited for a few minutes and then a girl came out walked half way to my vehicle, yelled that they were closedand that I could come back tomorrow for the food. I told her that I didn't want my food tomorrow and I wanted my money back. Thegirl replied, as she was walking back to the store, that I would have to get my money back through the app. I then asked her ifshe was the manager, she stated that she wasn't. I told her that I wanted to speak to the manager. The manager came out, shestates that the close at 10, she is unsure why they app let me order the food and that I would have to wait until tomorrow toget the refund. By this time, another car pulled up who had also ordered food off the app. The employees did not handle thesituation well at all. Especially the first girl that came ou and the manager needs a lot more training. I don't know what wasreally going on tonight, but it was unacceptable and I better get my money back. Read more
