The staff inside the North HyVee are stellar ask the upsell questions to improve margins. Now about Green Tea "Strong" should... mean "No Water" EXACTLY what the customer ordered and EXACTLY how the other 2 leading competitors make Strong Green Tea. Thiscomment Shall Not Overshadow the abilities of the eight or so associates working that location. Stellar keep up the good workpeople. Grocery customers are not a friendly lot. Read more

This Starbucks does not know what "a splash of cream" means. Today, I mentioned it twice and it even says "light cream" on my... order on my cup. This has happened to me at least a dozen times at this specific location. When im spending $3.50+ for a coffeethat probably isn't fresh, I expect the cream to be what I asked for. Read more
