Witnessed employee wash his hands, place gloves on, before making my sandwich. The employee was professional and the sandwich... (a footlong flatbread cali turkey club) was excellent. Appreciate the cleanliness of this store. I just walked out of a subway5 miles west because the employee sneezed into their hand and continued to make a customers sandwich. Read more

I order online constantly through them and they always make my sandwiches perfectly!!!! There has been some mishaps with Door... Dash but that's business though 3rd parties as usual. Doesn't reflect the quality of their sandwiches! Read more
Ordered 2 sandwiches toasted neither were one was missing all condiments put on. Ordered a sandwich and was then informed they... weren't making anymore for the night at 6 p.m. when they don't close for 3 more hours. After years of avoiding subway, I was reminded why. Here's their idea of a meatball sandwich thats supposed to be toasted. .... Pretty sad and pathetic. It's 99% bread. And it's not even toasted. Well, he did walk by an oven, maybe i needed to remind themto open the door and put it in. Both my sandwiches in my order were equally sad. Pulled up to the touch screen that did not work. It was covered in hand prints and dirty. I pushed the help button and no one... answered. Drove to the window and no one was in there. That tells me they have higher priorities, so I did them a favor and wentto Good cents. It was great. Read more
