Had previously been to this location because it was convenient and there was a touch screen menu which I liked. The... touchscreen was not working well (weather related?) so I went in. The lone staff member told me that the only bread availablewas wheat, however there were about half a dozen trays that appeared to be prepped for baking, so somebody dropped the ball. The staff member (w/m, approx 20 yrs old) looked like he hasn't bathed in a week, had Hickie's up and down both sides of hisneck and appeared to be annoyed by the fact I interrupted his day. As I didn't feel comfortable with him even looking at myfood let alone handling it, I took my business to the Coddington location. I won't be returning to this location anytimesoon. 10-02-2022 Took a chance that maybe ownership actually read and cared about Google reviews and thought I'd give themanother chance. Went on a Sunday afternoon only one person working who did not wear gloves, his black fleece shirt was covered in some sort of... white animal hair, beard uncovered And it looked like he had not showered in a few weeks. Got annoyed when I asked for my chipsand wants to charge me a 2nd time for them. I usually never have an issue with this location but it was gross. Read more
Somehow their online ordering system changed my order and added a bunch of different veggies I never ordered?? Or at least... that?s what I was told once I FINALLY got ahold of them after pickup of a completely wrong sandwich. And the customer service,or lack-there-of, is ridiculous. As a former general manager of a sandwich restaurant I am appalled at the consistency of badservice that comes from this store specifically. Came in for a pickup order and neither employee said a word to me, and when Iannounced I was there for a pickup, the guy in hippie pants simply set my order on the counter and walked away. I have been to this location twice now and probably won?t go back simply because of the staff. It seems that there is no... customer service at this location: you walk in and no one will acknowledge your presence/humanness until they are ready to dealwith you. You feel like you are wasting their time by ordering a sandwich. At a subway sandwich store. You feel rushed, even ifthere is no line. The vibe is very much ?hurry up and get out.? I went through the drive through at this location, I feel it took staff quite awhile to come to the window for my total. When... they did they came with 5.00 difference, with a different order. I corrected them stating this is the salad I ordered(rotischicken), the gentleman cashing me out seemed confused, finally got my order pulled up, told me 3 different totals. I informedhim the total of what it read on the screen when I pulled away (12.98), he explained they don't add tax on the screen. I madesure to get a receipt. It took another good 10 minutes before I finally got my order, it was nothing like it should have been.Very LITTLE lettuce, three tomatoes, slab of cheese and bacon on the top. Online order and had delivered. Sandwich was not even close to what i ordered, paid for extras, double meat. Both sandwiches... were not maid as requested. Called and was told i could come in tonight for them to fix the sandwich. No condiments, no cheese,no add ons. Didnt ask for onions cucumbers or green peppers. Read more
The worst subway I have ever been to. Employees clearly hate their job. The employees always make sandwiches and bowls... incorrectly. Poor hygiene and covered in pet hair. I don?t blame the employees. It all falls on management/franchisee. Read more
