09/25/2022 worst subway experience ever. The new start didn?t know what she was doing or even what a BLT was nor did she know... what oregano was. Asked for my sandwich toasted and she didn?t even toast it long enough. Put way to much avocado on but I letit go because i want to be nice. My bacon was still cold and my bread was soggy. Also she thought it was ok to chew bubble gumwhile making my sandwich right in front of her manager?. Oh and can?t forget about the homeless guy sleeping in the store?. I'm not even sure where to start. We ordered online, my boyfriend picked it up when he brought it home there was a paper bag... with $3.00 in cash. Not all of our order was there so naturally I called. The girl on the phone said the cash was a refund forpart of our order that they didn't fill. When I asked her why she didn't tell my boyfriend this when he was there, she said hedidn't give her a chance. She was on speaker phone and he calmly reminded her that wasn't true. I went there at approximately 3:30 pm today (01/03/2022) and was second in line with a couple behind me. The couple and I were... told that we were actually behind 4 other online orders after the folks ahead of me got served. I asked the employee if he wasthe only one working there and he apologized and said that he was. It appears they have poor management. Read more
