I ordered the soft taco supreme combo (3 soft tacos with lettuce, beef, cheese, tomatoes, and sour cream) and i only received 2... with just lettuce and beef and cheese when i asked for no cheese. I also order 2 doritos locos tacos with lettuce, cheese, beef,sour cream, tomatoes, and onions and received them with beef, lettuce, and cheese. Absolutley horrible job by this location andi received a 1/6 refund on the order. Whoever did this doesn?t deserve a job. Read more
Ordered a Mexican Pizza from the West O location Tuesday. Got home, took a bite and it was literally the worst thing Ive ever... tasted. It tasted like it had Cleaner or something that tasted really bitter and strong to the point I threw it up. I'll NEVERgo back to this location ever again and I'd advise everyone else not to go too. There is a kiosk and that apparently is the preferred method. I waited 8 minutes to order at counter. The kitchen staff takes... orders and they were very busy with drive thru. Food was good, and the got my order out fast. I was the only dine inperson..dining room a bit messy. But they were churning out the orders and really did not have someone to spare. Read more
Every time I order delivery from this store they always forget items, I always order something in the $5 box like the grilled... cheese burrito box and never get the main item in the box ie THE GRILLED CHEESE BURRITO!! Also even though I ask for a bunch ofsauce it is never included. This time the whole box wasnt put in the bag. Its been a few months since the last time I orderedand I figured maybe it would be fine this time and I was wrong. p Read more
The rating is so low because of the highly obnoxious teenagers working here now. So much cursing, screaming and unintelligible... screeching...also lots of banging from the back, looked like the kids were hitting the counters and possibly eachother with theserving trays. These kids seemingly had zero shame as multiple customers watched them act out in confusion. Would not recommend. Read more
Wow. We walked in about 5:45ish pm on Sept 22, 2022. No one, not one person came to the cash register to take our order. Fine,... we order at the kiosk. It's rare these days but appeared to be plenty of workers in the prep area. Then the foul language wassprinkled in. The worst part of the visit was my Mexican pizza, the shell part tasted like some kind of chemical was on it. Iscraped off the filling and ate it. Ugh I'm not sure if these are pre-made but if so they should reach out to the supplier. Oursoft shell tacos were fine as well as the chalupa. I'm not sure who the shift supervisor was but if I was the owner I wouldseriously review the laxity & language being used at this store, while customers are present. I get that this is a fast food restaurant, cheap food etc for some. However, since this location was recentlyremodeled..where is the pride in assuring that your employees are fully trained in making sure every order is at Corporates highstandard and quality and that since they are dealing with the public. That they are customer focused, courteous and genuinelycare about the product being served to their community. This is just disappointing and sad. While I know that not everyone willexperience the same service depending on certain employees, in this business consistency is key. Good luck to this store. Read more
