Well, it's Taco Bell. I love their food and I cannot complain this time either, just the right amount of crunch and kick.... However, inside service was non-existent and calling it "fast food" was a stretch. If you love Taco Bell, just plan to drivethrough @ this location and you should be fine. Read more

Not one thing that I ordered was correct. The bean burrito had meat in it, the beefy melt burrito had beans in it, and the... grilled chicken chipotle ranch burrito didn?t have any chicken. Out of MILD sauce ... how in the world did that happen? If you read the other reviews this is clearly a poorly managed Taco... Bell. I felt bad for the employees because they are the real victims - if the management/owner can't figure out how not to runout of something like MILD sauce how are they at managing payroll, etc? Pretty new building - looks nice - but managed bymediocrity. Oh, I had a quesadilla a week ago with zero cheese which is the trickle-down of poor management. At the time Iblamed the person who made it but now I wonder if they had enough cheese to even put the correct amount on the dish? Bad as itgets. Read more
I am not as satisfied with this location as with the chain in general. They are the newest location in Lincoln but have been... around long enough that they should have a fair idea how much they should be stocking but I have seen them run out of basicitems on several occasions. The staff is usually good at suggesting alternatives. Mostly they have a very good, very sharpstaff but I did have an order at the drive thru missing items once recently. Read more
Person taking my order was very impatient after they were out of what i wanted to order. They then just threw the chips and... cinnamon in the bag without any attempt to keep them in their bags. Finally they didnt give me half my order. They sure were ina terrible rush considering we were the only people in the store. Already home so I can't really even get my food or money backnow. This taco bell is a joke. We always have issues wirh this one but tonight was particularly frustrating. So they had plenty of... employees (trust me, i guve credit when a place is short staffed) for the one car in the parking lot and the two cars in drivethrough. So we are waiting for our food and I am watching the manager. I see her take all of our food out of the bag and throwsit on the counter. Then she puts the food into a different bag. Well she had dropped my cinnamon twists... she went and justpicked them up with her unwashed hands and no gloves. When we finally get our food, my boyfriend asks her to replace thecinnamon twists and she decodes to cop an attitude. Well, considering when we got our food it was all torn apart thanks to herthrowing it around, we were pretty chill about the whole thing. Read more
90% of my order wrong. Spent almost $35 for them to get one item right. Not sure how long the nacho fries had been in the warmer... but they were by no means warm, and they won't even answer the phone to make it right. Won't be wasting my time or my money atthis location again. Read more
