Tia Lety?s has an expansive menu that has something for everyone. I?ve frequented this place for a little less than a decade and... have never been disappointed with my food. The papusas are good but I almost always order a tostada, the shell that it is on ismade with a delicious batter and toppings are piled high. Judging by all the other reviews I was expecting something great here, they didn't come through. Every waitress has a small... child that screams and cries at a table in the dining room, running around getting in the way. That alone makes me never want toreturn.. then you find out the food is horrible. I had beef fajitas and the beef was almost non existent I had about 7 tinypieces of steak that were all overcooked. Another person had chicken fajitas, there was more meat than mine but she said it wasthe driest chicken she's ever been served at restaurant. Other person had a carne asada burrito and said it was ok but notgrilled steak, explained it as a cooked hamburger that got chopped up, he did say they had some good salt. Tia Lety's is one of those places that I want to keep a secret. It is SO STUPID GOOD every time I go there, but I'm afraid that... if everyone found out and started filling the place up it would ruin the place. I almost don't want to make a review because I'm scared more people will find out about this place and it will be too busy for... me. I love this place and cannot say enough good things about it. I tried a little bit of everything on the menu because I wasmissing home (Arizona) but also missing Miami where I moved from. It did not disappoint. I cannot wait to go back.
