Last 2-3 times the pizza during lunch has been dried out/over cooked. Even at 11:20 (lunch starts at 11), it seems like its been... under a heat lamp for hours, the the breadsticks have been borderline stale. I?d get it if it was the end of the lunch servicetime, but not when it just started for the day. Went during lunch for curbside pick up. Order spaghetti, got it on time but wish they'd give utensil. Ended up not eating lunch... because there was no fork to eat the spaghetti. Read more
Went in to this location to get lunch quick and had a bad experience. Food on display was dried and looked old, went to the... salad bad and it was messy and out of most items. Put no pasta salads on the salad bar, employee was rude, when we asked to havethem restock the salad bar all they put out was lettuce. Contacted the corporate office and never heard a word back. Use to workfor this company and I know they had higher standards but maybe when the two sons took over those standards went out the window. Read more
Worst lunch ever from this location. Pizza was cold, breadstick was cold, hard, and burnt. I like to eat here for lunch at... least once a week but after this experience I will not be returning. Read more
Been going to this Val?s forever. Taking a break for awhile. Pizza wasn?t ready when promised even when I arrived 10 minutes... late. They said they dropped one of the pizzas so they had to remake it. Didn?t offer a discount. Get home one pizza is freshout of the oven and other was dried out (the one that didn?t get dropped and sat under warmer for 20 minutes). Also had dessertbreadsticks. These were the worst I?ve ever had from Val?s in my whole life. They had hardly any icing on them at all. It?s likethey forgot to put any icing on them period. Stay away from this place I know I will. Quality is the worst I?ve ever had ever.I?ve lived in Lincoln for 50 years. So you know I know Val?s. Just sad. Read more
Delicious food! The pizza and the breadsticks tasted great, were served hot, and were reasonably priced. Staff were friendly.
Amazing pizza. They don't skimp on toppings and the price is very reasonable. Delivery gal greeted me with a hello and a smile... and she was very polite and friendly. Jasmine was her name. The pizza came piping hot loaded with toppings and cheese. I alsogot the apple desert pie. That to was amazing. Tastes like an apple pie. So delicious. Adding this place to my contacts so whenI come to Lincoln again I will order from here. There is also a lot of negative reviews about this place. Don't listen to them.Most are about something stupid. Like having to wait 10 or 15 minutes for their food. People are so impatient these days. Read more
The pizza is amazing and expensive for such a small pizza. The bread was amazing as well. Very soft and yummy, bursting with... flavor! I will eat here again. I ordered curb side pick up, but didn't really read the signs so I was parked in the wrong spot.I went in and told the lady as much, and she looked up my order which was waiting for me. I tried to make a joke of not beingable to read today but she wouldn't even crack a smile. Customer service goes a lo g way with me so that's why I only gave 4stars. Read more
