After picking up my order and getting home, I realized the small gluten free pizza I ordered was made incorrectly I called them... about it and they said they'd remake it, but I sat there for over 15 minutes without any manager apologizing for the error oroffering any kind of compensation (gift cards, coupons, anything). All the while my kids are at home eating so I can't enjoydinner with them, and when I get home with my wife's dinner, mine is now cold. I understand staffing shortages and being busybut there is still an expectation that you take care of the customer. I will not be giving this Valentino's location, if any, mybusiness any longer. staying here from out of town, first time ordered. Delivery was faster than the estimated time when placed the order. Driver was... very courteous, forgot my Mountain Dew and he went across the street to the convenient store to get a Mountain Dew as heinsisted I got what I paid for. This pizza is absolutely delicious. Coming from a Chicago native, Valentino's really rocks the pizza game. It is not too greasy... but not too fancy, so it's just perfect. The crust is delicious. We had good service here. Would come here regularly if I livedin the area. Read more
