On July 2nd ordered a large 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 Italian Sausage. Got home and there on a slice of Sausage piece was a handful of... green peppers. Called and said something about. I ordered two specials with extra cheese. I have been buying these pizza for 45 years I worked there. I ran the ovens on... holdrege, in the front window 7 years, while in school. The pizzas I recieved tonight were the wimpy est pizzas I've had, in areal long time. They were supposed have extra cheese, and they had hardly any cheese. Evidently they quit putting cardboarddisks under the pizzas as well, allowing them to slide before I got them ,every edge piece was folded on the end,as they rodeagainst side of the box. Pretty sad excuse for Val's specials, then at 9:30 I called to complain, they are open till ten, butthey wouldn't answer the phone. I Tried three times, just kept ringing. Monday, December 17th, I ordered online a medium pizza at approximately 1:00pm. It was for a pick up delivery at 4:15p. When... my husband went in to pick it up, they hadn't even started on it. The guys said he forgot and if my husband wanted to wait15-20 minutes, he could get it done. EXCUSE ME!! This was ordered at 1:00pm and you couldn't get it done by 4:15p. Definitelyinexcusable. Poor service and even poorer management at this place. This is one Valentino's location that we will NEVER orderfrom again. I ordered a small specialty pizza with one extra topping and it was $17!! I won't be going back! For $17 for a small pizza you... would expect an excellent pizza, well...it wasn't any thing special to say the least. Look elsewhere! Read more
This used to be my favorite location to order pizza from. Over the last 6 months the quality has really dropped. The pizza was... hot and the delivery driver was so kind, but the pizza was made sloppy with very little cheese and hamburger but WAY TOO MUCHSAUCE. Not to mention the cheese was burnt.
