I order pick-up more than I go to sit down and eat. And they always have my food ready for me. Any interactions I've had with... the staff has been pleasant and helpful. Thanks, guys. Not happy with the new format. Food was fine, but now the servers have to take payment and when they are slammed, it can take a... very long time for them to get back to the table. We sat for at least 30 minutes after our waitress gave us our ticket, waitingto pay and leave. Extremely inefficient new setup. Read more

Another solid meal from this reliable chain restaurant. Good service from a lone waitress. Reasonable wait times for food and... service. Clean, no obnoxious/ loud music, comfortable. We had a skillet, pancakes, and a couple of iced coffees. All were goodquality, tasty, thoroughly cooked and well presented (for a chain). Read more
They are not very attentive to people waiting. The place is not even half full. Yet they make you wait up front for 15 minutes... before seating you. Multiple people walk by and don't even communicate that we will be seated soon. The food is fine but serviceis not good. Read more
