First time going to this venue. They got our large party of 10 in during the final 4 for March Madness so it was busy. That said... we ordered several appetizers. The pretzels with cheese were great! As were the cheese and bacon hashbrown balls. The wings werebig and delicious and there's lots of variety. We also had a quesadilla which was packed full of chicken and cheese and thegarlic parm fries with garlic aioli sauce were amazing!!! Great place to get some wings and a beer also watch a game. I don't know if I liked the cauliflower version of a wing but my... wife seemed to enjoy them. My burger was delicious a CD the kids meals filled my kids up. I also ate some wings and theywere pretty good. The atmosphere was upbeat and fun. Televisions are everywhere. Wonderful!! We Ate lunch there on Monday the 24th, the hostess was very very nice, our server did a great job and the food was... amazing! I had the shrimp it was so good! My daughter had the buffalo chicken sandwich it was huge! Had to take half home withus, and we got a kid's meal of hamburger and apple slices over all great experience! Read more

This was our group?s first time here and unfortunately we won?t be back. It took almost 2.5 hours to get our meal, eat, and pay... our bill. When we were given a table we didn?t have a server until we decided to ask the host for someone to take our order.Once we were able to order, our food was not delivered for over 1.5 hours. The server told us three times that our order was up,but it still took 45 minutes after she told us our food was ready. We?re not a complainy group but that?s not acceptable. Thefood looked like they tossed some bbq sauce on chicken fingers and called it good. I ordered 5 chicken wings and my order wasn?tcorrect, several of the orders from others in our group of 8 also weren?t correct. But after waiting so long we didn?t want totake any more time so we ate and left. It was disappointing to have the food take so long, the orders be incorrect, and thestaff be unprofessional. I used their online ordering system for lunch. When I got there, there wasn't anyone at the desk and I had to wait a few minutes... before anyone knew I was there. Eventually someone came out and noticed me. I told them I was here for a pick up and they kindajust walked away. A few minutes later another person came out grabbed my food from a hot box right in front of me and literallyswung the bag of food at me. The wings were decent for the price but their blue cheese dipping sauce is excellent! In short, Ididn't have the best customer service but maybe their service shines on the weekends/nights. We had dinner at wings and rings earlier this evening. We had a great experience with respect to the general atmosphere, the... level of noise, the quality of the food, the helpfulness of the staff, the promptness of our order and overall value for ourmoney. My wife and I tend to be nibblers and grazers and we were a bit overwhelmed by the size of the portions, both for theappetizers as well as the main course, which I guess could be a desirable dilemma to have, if this would be a larger family withchildren coming along. Service was very prompt and I think our waitress?s name was Cheyenne and she was the nicest younglady. It seems that they had just started using a new ordering system through her touchscreen device and it was proving to be abit confusing for her, but nonetheless it did not take away from our experience The food arrived promptly and as I mentionedbefore, the portions were huge and the quality of the food was also excellent. We could hardly finish half of all of our foodand needless to say we bought back a ton of food in multiple boxes? Since our 11 year old son is at a weeklong camp this week,this trip was an impromptu date-night for me and my wife. however this restaurant seems to be very child-oriented as well and wewould not hesitate to come back with our son.
