Very bad service, they made me wait 15 min just to tell me they didn't have anything I had ordered

Past couple of days I?ve purchased ice coffee from this location, today she made my coffee 3 times still couldn?t get it right.... The ice coffee was bitter I threw it in the trash didn?t even leave the location with it. Such a waste of money and the staffcould care less. All of our medium iced French Vanilla swirl was terrible shot extra extra extra milk after me to make it light with told sugar... melted and they put it back. Looking they added more milk and then I taste it tastes burnt and they just tried to blame it onthe turbo shop when I get this all the time so I don't know how they recommend this place Read more

Friendly staffs. They don't have rainbow sprinkling available for cake batter signature latte but provided free donut instead.

My husband went in to purchase gas and witnessed the dunkin empoyee throwing away donuts by the rack. Why would you throw away... perfectly good food when there is nothing wrong with it but there are homeless on every corner and starving people. Read more

After using the on the go app to save time, I still waited 10 minutes for a very burned sandwich and a coffee. Unfortunately I... didn't realize the sandwich was torched until I got back to work. I don?t usually post reviews, however this time im just fed up. Ive been to this Dunkin Donuts 3 times so far as it is... convenient for a CCRI student. All 3 times i have been let down. 2/3 times there was a pathetic amount of cream cheese in mybagel, and the third time my bagel was burnt. I understand it may be difficult to toast a bagel and spread cream cheese on bothhalves, but I guess its even harder to make a coffee the right way. 3/3 times my coffee order was horribly botched. Aside fromthe delightful food experience, the service there is just phenomenal. When recieving my bagel, I get it tossed onto the counter,and no response from the worker. I always make sure to treat everybody with kindness, even this younger lady, however when Ithank her, or wish her a great day, she ignore it and goes into the back. I am very dissatisfied with the effort this locationdisplays and will cease from giving them my money in the future. Read more
