What happened to this place?!?!? Used to be excellent. Big money to eat here and I sent my steak back twice! First it was... rare,came out well done second time!!!! Third time was medium well!?!? Doesn’t like food here today, the server who served us today is not good and behavior is worst , some servers are good who... served us before ( if that good servers have served us we would have not even bothered about money ) we have been customerssince 6 & half years we used to love food here, but today the food was not good and when we told the same with manager she toldus not to come again to their place. This is really bad disappointing experience. Server not good today. For once if we dontlike means that’s it they have to value customer feedback, first the person who served us the food he asked us immediatelyafter serving how was the food then we ate only sweet potato which was good so we told good we haven’t yet started eatingsalmon and cowboy, but this manager was arguing we should say at first how can we say at first without having a bite, itsridiculous. When such people are there customers will be disappointed. Dont knew what happened to these people. We told fullycooked but they served half cooked tasteless food firstly and argued and telling customers not to come again oh wow. ???????????if u want to eat the food how ever they serve cold not cooked properly and no taste just give a try . Well...if you've ever read one of my reviews you can see that I tend to be on the higher side as I really like to promote places... so a 2 should tell it all. Here we go... Attending a show at Twin River and there are only a couple higher end options to eat.Booked a 545 pm reservation for an 8 pm show. Picked Fred and Steve's because like many sports fans, I was obviously aware ofthem from football and sports radio plus we love steak houses. Started strong with a great corner table for 2 in the back ofthe restaurant and an excellent server (Danielle) but that's about where it ends. Drinks were fine but bread basket had mostlycrusty/burnt ends of the bread. We shared the Wedge salad special which was basically a hard head of lettuce cut in half withthe usual dressing and minimal bacon, onions, etc. Not very special and probably 3 out of 10 on the wedge salad ratingscale. We finished our salad around 615 pm and had another drink assuming the steaks were coming. NY and filet special (oscarwith stuffed shrimp). About 30 minutes later our server stopped by to say it was taking a bit longer than usual due to theevent. My guess is they get busy during events typically and should be aware of those situations but whatever. Now about 705,our server is apologizing and saying she is going to send her manager over. We were certainly frustrated but did not ask to seethe manager. The manager came over to us and proceeded to lecture me on the standard 2 hour expectation for a steak house. Thetable next to us was having a similar issue with the wait but said "wow, why did she come in so hot?" Needless to say, not apleasant manager visit to our table. Steaks arrived a little over 60 minutes after the salad. Sadly my med rare NY was welldone but my wife's steak and stuffed shrimp were very good so she gave me one of the shrimp because my steak was like shoeleather and I only ate a couple pieces. Went there last night on private invite as a player. Hugely disappointing. Service was awful, not friendly nor inviting. food... was so salty over salted totally bloated from the salt in their food. Do not recommend. I go to encore On Deck and food andservice are excellent. Read more
Went in with my two friends for dinner Service was poor as to the time it took our waitress to show up but she was nice and... professional. We ordered the tomahawk steak and surf and turf. The steak was too dry and tough definitely not worth the $190sticker price. The shrimp was rubbery . The food came out cold after waiting 45 minutes for it. Food was all perfect, wait staff was also perfect, 1 star off as it wss a little more expensive than I thought it should have... been. Prices where not horrible just a little more than they should have been. Price won't stop me from going back, just mightorder with an eye towards the $ next time. Read more
Great atmosphere. Phenomenal service. Great food. We had a large table with about 14 people and we could not have asked for... better service. The ribeye on the bone was great and I was told the surf and turf was quite good as well. All around it was agreat dinner! Read more
Just okay. My 22oz steak was cooked correctly temp wise, but the cook didn't even wave a seasoning over it. No salt or pepper,... just a mediocre $120 piece of meat. Don't get me wrong, nothing was bad about the place. Not worth the price though. Go to theother casinos main steakhouse for a better experience. Go to outback for better flavor. Read more
