I'm not sure what entitles people to have such an attitude in the coffee business. If a customer comes back because their $5... coffee isn't made correctly, they shouldn't have an attitude about fixing it. Especially since there was no attitude given justasked politely for some cream. If you don't like your job go do something else with your life. Read more

Love the donuts and drinks! However, almost all the workers look like they are miserable and they speak to you as if they are.... I feel as if I'm frustrating them by simply placing an order. The other HD locations have much better customer service. Read more
Really hate when stores do not abide by posted operating hours. Store should be open but employees decided to close the entrance... and only allow for drive through. Just terrible! Read more
If you ever want a donut how they use to made back in the day- you have to visit THIS location of Honey Dew. They are literally,... amazing. All Honey Dews use to make them like this, in the 70's, 80's and 90's. This is the only location I know of, that stilldoes. They are HUGE, and a little crunchy on the edges. And of course, the girls are very nice here. I go way, way out of myway, to go here. Read more
