I was a loyal customer at this store, and the food was perfect. But a couple weeks ago I been seen food very different including... the service. The staff is very rude and the new manager have a very disgusting Personality . It looks like the store changemanagement and the changes are very noticeable. I haven't seen Victor working there anymore and is very sad because he was agreat person and knew how to treat the customers . Hope they change there way to work because they will loose a lot of customersand I am one of them. BTW the lady with the glasses is very rude! Read more

UPDATE: I received a call back from the manager. Super friendly, nice and apologetic. My order was refunded. I will return and... give them another try since this was an isolated incident and corrected! We got a Calzone with NO CHEESE. Pizza dough &veggies, sauce on the side (as requested). I called the Lincoln location and was put on hold for over 13 minutes. Hung up andcalled back and the phone rang about 15 times...they answered and HUNG UP ON ME. 3rd call. Same girl answers and tells me "yea,well we're busy and trying to take care of our customers". Hello!!! I'm a customer too!!! She finally asks for my name and saysshe will have a manager call me back "because she didn't do my order and wasn'tthere when it happened". Alrighty then!! Askedfor her name and she said Liz. Doubt she took my info to pass on to a manager since she was so busy. This was the 3rd or 4thtime ordering from them and possibly the last. I frequent this location since it?s so close to my job. My co-workers also frequent this location as well. I always place my... lunch order online to give them enough time to prepare. I?ve never had an issue. It?s always hot and ready when I pick it up.The staff are all very nice and friendly and work really hard here. It does get pretty busy during lunch time but they handle itvery well. Read more
Update: Thank you Victor for remaking our order! This time the pizzas are awesome! The cheese is gooey, the sauce is present... and the pizzas are cooked and cut perfectly! The BLT Sub is amazing, the bacon is present, the mayo is a great amount and verytasty overall. Our 3 year is yelling "I love this pizza!" ???? Again thank you for the remake, you definitely redeemed yourstore! We will order from you again and feel confident in recommending you!! Well, I am very underwhelmed by this pizzaexperience. Where to start? The pizzas were over cooked, barely any sauce, thankfully we ordered extra cheese (otherwisethere wouldn't have been any) the pizza dough was pretty tasteless and the texture was "unique" . Neither of the pizzas werecut all the way through. The BLT sub was not much better, although I did choose it over the pizza... mostly lettuce. Veryexpensive for what you get. For future customers please do yourself a favor and don?t go to this location. (Lincoln,RI) The managers are very... unprofessional, and very rude. If they mess up your order be ready to not get refund. I had a horrible experience with thatstore and I don?t want any future customers experiencing all the headache I went through.
