Short staffed as has been said. But we booked ahead and didn't have to wait to long. We had to leave our son up at Mount St.... Terrible customer service. After having an issue previously, I have been back a few times and The service is poor. Today, when I... called to make an appointment because the app is flawed, I spoke with someone that would not help me....Would not, I have hadhelp in the past this way. Worse check in system. You check on online and it doesn't matter because even if you arrive and someone else wants the same... stylist the wait time is totally off. I checked in for my stylist I wanted on my arrival but she took another client before meeven though i was already in the store and that client just arrived about 10 minutes after me. Mind you I also checked in onlinebefore I had arrived at the store to hopefully reduce my wait time. Then her 38 minute wait turned into over 60 minutes. Atthat point I had to get ready for work so my planned haircut 2 hours before I go to work never happened because their stupidcheck in online doesn't matter. I the past I waited till five minutes before my arrival and when I arrived they skipped mebecause I wasn't in the store, so my thinking that I arrive early burnt me. I was a lil worried but this place is fantastic. Employees are profession, friendly and on time. My hairdresser Emily is... amazing, she did an amazing job and paid every single attention to detail.
