The customer service wasn?t really that great to begin with but then the way my sandwiches got put together was kind of silly... honestly. They?re supposed to be sandwich ?artist? she must special in pointillism because my sandwich was wrecked. Read more

Don't order delivery from this location. Male employee with blond hair doesn't care about making your order. Doesn't care how... long a dasher might sit there waiting, he'll help every person who walks in before making your order then he'll go off to theback and just not bother making it at all. Saying "I'll get to Mobile orders when I can" and "I don't like mobile orders, I'drather people come in and order if they want food" telling dashers to unassign if they don't want to wait till he feels likemaking your order unless he decides to play on his phone instead. The other subway in town is on point, orders are always readyat the listed time. The girls that work there have it down! Read more

I would never recommend this place. They don't know how to time manage. I ordered a sandwich on the app and they proceeded to... accept the order and tell me it was ready, when I headed over there, they had run out of bread, what, didn't you say my sandwichwas ready. They proceeded to tell me that I would have to wait for the bread or could get flat bread. Don't charge me until youhave the bread for my sandwich. I am so angry, due to their lack of preparedness, I had to go without a lunch. Read more

Ive had mixed experiences here. They tend to be understaffed or struggling in one way or another like being out of a lot of... product. So far each time the person behind the counter has taken as good of care for us as they can. That means a lot in mybook. Treat them with kindness even if its an inconvenience to you. It really is out of their control. Read more

Ended up not even ordering anything after being in line for 20 minutes with one person ahead of me. There was only one person... working (not the problem, everywhere is short staffed), however, after unloading all her issues into the customer in front of meshe didn't change her gloves before starting on her online orders, she was coughing and touching her face and still not changingher gloves. I ordered a Spicy Italian sandwich and received 1/2 of the meat than what other Subway stores outside of this area would give... you. This franchise is very skimpy. It's not worth the price you pay. I definitely will not go back. Read more

I dont get some of the bad reviews because we've never had a bad experience here. They are experiencing staff shortages yes but... they are doing the best they can. Their "now hiring" signs are hilarious btw lol. I added a picture of a couple of them. I'm notsure the names of the employees who were working this evening but one of them was in training. Even though he got a little lostat times, the customer service was still great and you can tell he was trying really hard. Whoever was training him was alsovery friendly. You can tell they were overworked but their attitudes were great and the food was above average, very generouswith their toppings :) If you can, why not tell them thank you and leave a tip next time you visit? I'm sure they would reallyappreciate it :) Read more
