Went to get an ice cream with my mom at around 1030 on Sunday 8/14 and worker was very rude. All I asked for is a sample and he... refused to wait on me and took people who had just walked in before me. He has broken English I didn't understand at first Ithought I was misundersood him but then it was clear that he didn't want to wait on me. Mind you it's 1030 and not busy and Iwas refused to sample anything... I wanted to try something I never had a peach ice cream. I just don't understand how rude hewas or why??? It hurt my feelings and ruined my night!! Also was my first time at a baskin robbins and this totally ruined thatfor me!!! Never have I been treated this way!! I asked for a sundae no nuts. The lady helping me gave me nuts anyway. When I told her she scrapped them off and there were... still nuts. I emailed customer service they texted and just asked what happened and said they will look into it and pleasecontinue to be a customer there. I?m never going back! Read more
Wish I could rate 0 stars. Worst merchant experience ever. Went in to pick up 2 orders. In the first one he didn't have 1 of the... flavors for a 3 scoop. He stated for me to cancel as he was throwing a fit and yelling at me. He also threw the ice cream whichwas in the bowl back in with the ice cream container(cross contamination). I politely said I waited while he fulfilled anothercustomer's order and he started getting irate with me. Me staying calm said ok then you lost my morning business every day andmany more from everyone on Facebook! I will go public with this and I will be calling corporate! Bad visit today. Placed order then waited, grandaughter had avocado toast, daughter had a bagel. They got their drinks I'm... waiting for coffee find out guy hadn't even put order for it in. Ice cream cakes are horribly fake for the high price you pay. I just went there to pick one up from the small selection they... have, settled on the chocolate chip/ chocolate cake that was $30. We got it home and realized how horrible the icing was andhow awful the ice cream actually tasted. Not sure how they make their cakes but once upon a time they used to be amazing. Stickto getting their pints or the scoops, don't get the overpriced cheap fake tasting cakes they sell. At least try DQ instead. Wethrew this in the trash after a few bites. Waste of $30. Read more

I have a DD/BR in my city, but I drive to this location because the staff is Outstanding!! They are friendly, always helpful, &... they make u feel like you?re part of the place!! The Donuts are a great combo for your Ice Cream! Then you add the aroma of thecoffee & the rest of all the baked goods!?!! My senses are in heaven!!!
