This location has gotten ridiculous! They keep there drive thru menus off because u can only order a regular hot n ready thru... drive through. Even when u go inside only thing they have ready is a regular hot n ready. All I was ordering is the basic cheesepizza and they couldn't even provide that without 15 min wait. At least have the basic things ready at 6 clock in afternoon. Read more
Pizza is horrible lately. The last two times I?ve been here they don?t have their microphone on and forget they have a drive... through. They make you go to the second window to order instead of the drive through. It?s poor business. Read more
So I was patiently waiting in the drive through line to place my order. They took soo long that another driver drove around to... bypass the speaker box and jumped in front of me and was behind the car at the pickup window. Now I cant say if they took thatpersons order or not, I didnt satay at that point. But the fact that the workers took so long to take my order and alowed thisto happen is very poor. They need to have faster speed and line control. Monitor whos next and who jumped the line. Read more
Ordered through the app and got the notification my ordered was loaded into the portal, I arrived to see the drive-thru backed... up in the street and the door locked. 40 minutes before actual close time. Wasn't waiting for 1 pizza and 1 crazy bread, now Igotta fight for a refund I'm sure Read more
I gave 5 stars because they?re always fresh , and really good. Sometimes the lines are really long but that?s how life works.... Also sometimes I?ll place an order online to pickup and go to open the door and it?s locked but when I ordered it , it clearlystates to pick up inside at the portal . So then you have to get back in line in the drive thru , which defeats the purpose ofonline ordering and pick up. But overall good food. Staff is nice. Read more
The pizza was made correctly. Don't bother to order ahead and expect it to be in the pizza portal because apparently when they... get busy they just lay ypur order in the back somewhere and you get to wait an hour staring at the portal. Them you'll finallyget a turn to talk to someone at the counter then they will notify you it's in the back and not in the portal where it'ssupposed to be. Read more
Hot, fresh, large, Pepperoni Pizza's & Breadstick's were good. The brownie with M & M's not good, in my opinion. There are 4... squares of it & it has some kind of liquidity topping, coated with what I'm guessing to be graham cracker crumbs, then toppedwith the M & M's. Too sweet & just not good. Read more
Got two extra most bestest both were very undercooked. Whomever took my order on the phone was rude. But nowhere near as... unprofessional ashton. Had a whiney, mopey, rude sound to his voice. Practically thru my pizza's out the window tried nothanding me a reciept. Most likely will never go back to this location. Read more
